Feasy is designed to support organizations in meeting internal control, traceability, and documentation requirements commonly associated with ISO standards, IATF, and other regulatory frameworks.
Feasy provides tools that facilitate structured data capture, evidence collection, time-stamping, and traceability across operational processes.
Note: Feasy acts as a technological enabler. Responsibility for regulatory compliance and audit outcomes remains with the customer.
Feasy is designed with data integrity and security in mind. Depending on the implementation, data may be stored in secure cloud environments or within the customer’s private infrastructure.
Access to data is restricted based on user roles and permissions defined by the customer.
Feasy does not access, use, or share customer data for purposes other than providing the contracted service.
Feasy is a digital platform that enables data capture, organization, storage, and integration with third-party systems. It is intended to complement and enhance existing software ecosystems, including ERP, MES, CRM, and internal databases. Feasy does not replace enterprise systems and does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or interpretation of data generated by users or third-party software.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that data entered into Feasy is accurate and appropriate, defining internal procedures, managing user access, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Feasy shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or decisions made based on data captured or processed through the platform.
Feasy allows the capture of photos, documents, and other multimedia content as evidence. Users are responsible for ensuring that such content does not violate privacy, intellectual property, or confidentiality obligations, and is captured and used in accordance with applicable laws.
Feasy may integrate with third-party software and platforms. Feasy is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or behavior of third-party systems. Any data exchanged between Feasy and third-party systems remains subject to the terms and conditions of those external providers.
Feasy is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feasy and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Under no circumstances shall Feasy’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service during the applicable billing period.
All software, trademarks, branding, and proprietary components of Feasy remain the exclusive property of FEASY INC or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their data and content.
Feasy reserves the right to modify, update, or improve the platform and these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where FEASY INC is registered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
